Submit an article request by filling out the form below. Multiple article references can be submitted in the form as needed. Please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be filled. If an article needs to be requested outside of hospital resources, the fulfillment time may be longer. The librarian will work to provide your articles promptly as possible.
